Digital Fuel Supplement System

 

“Power where you want it, when you need it”

 

The Digi-Boost digital fuel supplement system is designed to provide turbo-charged diesel engines with supplemental fuel to increase power and reduce emissions. This is done by providing the turbo charger inlet with a controlled amount of gaseous fuel (either LPG or CNG).

 

Torque increases of two hundred foot-pounds (Digi-Boost II) and four hundred foot-pounds (Digi-Boost IV) can be realized depending on the engine displacement, exhaust system and turbo-charger combinations. Particulate emissions can be reduced by as much as fifty percent.

 

Four easy setup adjustments allow the installer to control the amount of fuel and where it is supplied. Different drivers, vehicles and demands can be fine tuned with one small screwdriver, in seconds.

 

Unlike other systems the Digi-Boost system digitally controls the amount of supplemental fuel with a high-speed microprocessor, processing twelve million bytes of data per second. An advanced proprietary mathematical algorithm ensures the precise amount of fuel is delivered at exactly the right time. Engine load and the amount of fuel being delivered are monitored and adjusted twenty five times per second. The system can go from full lean to full rich, or full rich to full lean in less than 4/100th’s of a second.

 

What the heck does all that stuff above mean?  ….  It means if you need a little fuel, or a lot of fuel, it’s there, real fast. Power where you want it, when you need it.

 

Due to the extreme amount of power that can be delivered with this system, the utmost caution in installation and operation must be exercised. It is strongly recommended that installers be certified technicians, trained and experienced in the installation of high performance accessories. Drive responsibly. The addition of this system requires the driver to adjust their operation of the vehicle to avoid tires breaking loose and excessive speeds.
