FG-1 Alternate Fuel Gauge for 90 Ohm Float Systems

The FG-1 fuel gauge was designed to provide stand-alone fuel level monitoring for automotive and R.V. applications using a 90 Ohm float system. Fuel level is displayed on an easy to read eleven lamp LED display. Two #6 sheet metal screws are all that is required for quick mounting. Electrical connections are +12V Ignition, Chassis Ground and the connection to the sender.
There are eight green lamps (furthest right) to show fuel levels from 30% to 99% and two amber lamps to show fuel levels between 10% and 20%. If the tank level falls below 3% capacity, a bright red lamp (furthest left) alerts the user that the fuel level is almost zero. An “anti-slosh” circuit damps the gauge to provide accurate tank levels as the fuel moves in the tank during turning, accelerating and braking maneuvers.
All FG-1 fuel gauges are 12V operation and are cased in 16 gauge steel, with a semi-gloss black finish and white lettering.
