HC-1-D-FR-12V PWM Hydraulic Valve Controller

The HC-1-D-FR PWM controller is designed for truck or tractor applications that require bi-directional proportional valve control. Each unit is available in 60, 90,120 and 180 Hz. outputs. Special frequencies are available upon request.
There is a control knob centered on the front panel that is off in the center position and has forward and reverse outputs to drive a dual solenoid valve or two single acting valves. Each valve driver has a separate enable input that can be connected to either a limit switch or control switch to disable the output. If the controller is set for forward direction and the forward limit switch is opened, the output to the forward valve is stopped and the red error lamp is lit. Reverse direction also has the same stop function.
Twenty turn individual and independent Zero and Span adjustments allow quick and precise fine-tuning of the valves.
Five LED lamps show the status of the controller. The EN1 and EN2 enable lamps show the limit switch condition. CH1 and CH2 output monitor lamps show the proportional power being applied to the valve solenoid. The ERR error lamp indicates an external axis stop as described above.
The HC-100 series controllers are contained in a small package (2.25" X 2.75") with two mounting tabs.
