HC-1-D-SS-12V PWM Hydraulic Valve Controller

The HC-1-D-SS PWM controller is designed for truck or tractor applications that require control of one or two proportional valves. Each unit is available in 60, 90,120 and 180 Hz. outputs. Special frequencies are available upon request.
There is a control knob centered on the front panel that is off at the counter-clockwise position and full output at the clockwise position. There are two valve drivers. Each valve driver has a separate enable input that can be connected to either a limit switch or control switch to disable the output. Either one or both valves can be enabled independently at any time.
Twenty turn individual and independent Zero and Span adjustments allow quick and precise fine-tuning of the valves.
Four LED lamps show the status of the controller. The EN1 and EN2 enable lamps show the limit switch condition. CH1 and CH2 output monitor lamps show the proportional power being applied to the valve solenoid.
The HC-1 series of hydraulic valve controllers are contained in a small package (2.25" X 2.75") with two mounting tabs.
